Garlic Chicken Salad

Steps

  1. With 2 forks, shred the chicken
  2. Add in chopped red onion, celery, parsley, garlic aioli
  3. Mix well and allow to chill in the fridge for an hour before serving
    1. Melded flavors should be even better the next day

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of shredded chicken
  • 3-4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/3-1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley, roughly chopped.
  • Roasted Garlic Aioli
